I developed my trademarked model Pitch with H.E.A.R.T. following nearly two decades working alongside highly talented Business Development and Bid professionals.


They know their businesses, services, or products inside out. However, that in itself can sometimes lead to being too close to the subject matter and forgetting the experience of the potential client on the day of the pitch.


I believe this “experience” must be part of the planning from day 1. The model is designed, not to change the messaging, but re focus the thinking of the team when planning the messaging.
