Women in Business

Although things have become easier for women in a business and corporate environment over the past few years, things are not yet on an equal footing.

Women still face issues that offer serious challenge, be it around the work/family balance, dealing with overbearing colleagues or simply how do you assert yourself while staying true to who you are.

I have worked extensively coaching women in organisations where they struggle to be heard or are worried that asking for support will make them seem weak or "not up to the job".

Many of my female clients have been referred to me by their female colleagues and line managers who found our sessions highly beneficial in growing their confidence as well as their personal integrity at work.
